1. Processing Time

• In-Stock Items → Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 6–9 business days.

• Out-of-Stock Items → If an item is on backorder, it will ship within 9–12 business days once restocked.

 

2. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

• Free or discounted shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly stated on the product page or checkout.

 

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor delivery progress.

 

4. Delivery Regions

• We currently ship within the United States.

• For international orders, please purchase through our retail partners (Amazon, Lulu, or Barnes & Noble) who provide global delivery options.

 

5. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays (weather, postal issues, supply chain disruptions) may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
